Counselling is an opportunity for you
to explore life experiences in a safe and supportive space. It can help you to decompress from life’s pressures and talk honestly free from judgments or fear of hurting another.
As a person centred counsellor the work begins with the co-creation of an authentic therapeutic relationship between the client (you) and the counsellor (myself). It is within this non-judgmental and accepting space that the client can feel safe to explore their issues and concerns, and grow in their understanding of their needs and wants.
I am not the expert, but a facilitator who will support you in finding answers, truths and decisions, which allow you to make choices that support you being the best you.
What I offer
In our first session we will discuss the reasons that have brought you to counselling and what you wish to achieve. We initially start with six sessions, as this allows us to build our relationship and creates a safe and boundaried environment in which we can work.
